A flat monthly fee based on garden size, pool size and visit frequency, fixed for the year, with routine chemicals and consumables included. You'll have the exact figure after one free site visit.
Can I start with just the pool or just the garden?
Of course. Many clients start with one and add the other at renewal, combining them onto one visit schedule is where the best value appears.
What counts as an emergency call-out?
Anything that can't wait for the next visit: a dead pool pump in summer, a burst irrigation line, storm damage. Contract clients get priority response, usually same or next day, with no call-out fee.
Do you maintain gardens and pools other companies built?
Yes, we start every contract with an assessment, fix any inherited issues at an agreed price, and then take full ownership of the result.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
